Recognized expert in municipal infrastructure, underground construction methodology, and tunnels. Excellent knowledge of construction law and contracts (including P3). Extensive experience in mediation, arbitration and litigation.
Managed high-profile projects such as the Maid of the Mist elevator shafts and talus tunnel in Niagara Falls, the Billy Bishop Airport Pedestrian Tunnel in Toronto, the Library of Parliament underpinning in Ottawa, and the Eglinton Crosstown Subway in Toronto. Also, very knowledgeable on residential construction methods and costs.
